About the Journal
Geoeconomics: Journal of Economic and Regional Analysis is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. This journal is a peer-reviewed online publication with a double-blind peer review mechanism with an open access policy. The journal will be published for the first time in 2026 and will be published twice a year, namely February and August. Each edition consists of 5-10 articles and therefore each volume has a maximum of 20 articles.
Geoeconomics: Journal of Economic and Regional Analysis It aims to be a forum for scientific publications for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers in the fields of development economics, regional and spatial economics, as well as socio-economic development studies. This journal accepts manuscripts in the form of original research articles, review articles, and policy-oriented articles that contribute to the development of science and development practices. In addition, this journal also accepts articles in the field of Islamic economics and finance related to economic development issues, such as inclusive growth, socio-economic welfare, halal industry development, and the role of zakat and waqf in economic development.
